  33. Vitamin C is not Ascorbic Acid. Ascorbic Acid is the synthetic version, made out of corn starch its only the outer layer of the natural vitamin C complex. Raw sauerkraut is by far the best source of vitamin C..700 mg per cup

    1. I found it helps.. I have nasal allergies and for the last month I took it every morning and found that I had little or no symptoms. I couldnt get for a while as it was scarce due to COVID 19. I could see the difference immediately!
