By the way, Canada has made it law that food companies are not allowed to use Transfats in their processed food products, because they really fighting heat disease. They have to clear it off shelves and replace with healthier( no transfats} foods. So if you live in US, read labels..they are clearing ware houses by selling to our stores- the transfat foods not legal there any more. Transfats are man made {using chemicals & plants ), Vegetable oils corn oil, Canola oil etc. Our bodies can not burn off these oils, they are recognized as fats..so body just stores them because can not burn the as fuel. See all the fat children even babies..not to mention adults. Everyone on diets hits a point and can not loose anymore weight,,hungry within a short while after eating,,,other chemicals added to get you to eat again. Go Organic if you can,,,stay away as much as possible from all processed food. You will he happier and healthy,,,Maybe even look Great.

  10. This woman obviously hasn’t heard of the plethora of evidence indicating that plant foods help heart health! And she says to eat fish ? Doh! All the fish nowadays is full of toxic poison from all the junk that humans dump in the sea. And she’s suggesting we eat it twice a week! I’m trying to think who I should consider getting my nutritional advice from ? Her? Or my pet monkey ? Lol

  11. All I’ve ever taken is a decent multivitamin, magnesium, and vitamin d. These along with a lot of flaxseed, protein, and water have kept me healthy and feeling good…
