  2. After a couple of days of attempting this arthritis treatment solution “Rοngοdο Ruzο” (Google it), I finally felt its results. The pain in my feet was due to arthritis vanished because of this item. Now I tell everybody that has arthritis or tendonitis to offer this item an attempt. You just need to follow the guidelines and it would work wonders for you!

    1. Linda do not underestimate the value of eating 1 teaspoon of turmeric per day. Natures anti inflammatory. Always add freshly ground pepper. I use turmeric past easy and delicious and very versatile. For more information:

  4. You do not mention how many drops of essential oil ??

      So very sorry that I did not mention the number of drops in the video.

      In one teaspoon of carrier oil(you can use coconut oil sweet almond oil whatever you have handy)
      and 5 drops of the chosen pure essential oil.

      ps Drink 2 litres of water a day to flush our the acid build up that ends up in your joints.
      Try 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar in a glass of hot water first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
      after 21 days the pain will be gone.

      Try it . I am pain free and I drink it every day. I am 65 years old and have had arthritis since I was 21 .Good luck.

    4. @NatureHealth.com.au Yes  I did find it, thank you. I have mixed up a small batch, my problem is my shoulders but I am using the rubbing action with the oils on my shoulders. Also, I’m doing your Qigong videos! 🙂

    5. @NatureHealth.com.au Did you find the information you were looking for. It really depends what exactly you are making and for whom. The elderly, a baby or for yourself. the dilution differs. Also the dilution for a friction rub differs from that of a massage oil.  Thank you for asking. For arthritis I use 1ml almond oil to 1 drop pure essential oil.
