  1. Borax is a good cleaner also. Odorklenz is great to remove fragrance from clothing or any washable items. I use a lot of 7th Gen products also. Arm&Hammer free&clear laundry detergent is good too! I’d die with that gas stove in my kitchen though! 😂😍👍

  2. I’m so glad you guys don’t edit out the little “mistakes” like “Jet” and your mom in the window. You are a breath of fresh air.

  3. Just wanted to let you know how helpful this video is for me. I haven’t been diagnosed with mcas but I do have anaphylaxis reacts when I have reacted to things. I.e. nsaids, benedryl, yellow #4,5 & #6. There have been other times I’ve had reaction but I couldn’t figure out why. Is there anyway that you have found to isolate what certain reactions we’re from. Is there a place you can suggest with like a list. I have some idea of my autoimmune flares but I have been second guessing some things since finding your channel.
For instance when I shower I turn bright red, autonomic haywire is what I call it. But I had assumed it was all Pots Dysautonomia related. But cheeks seem to welp up, like urticaria. when I first had started this journey 27 yrs ago it began with diagnosis of chronic giant urticaria and military put me on benedryl for three straight years until one dose was a dose too many. I then began reacting to all sorts of foods, soaps etc… In your experience with mast cells can they have flares to where system freaks out but then calms down like remission of sorts. I’m sorry for rambling but this is my mind on new info lol

    1. Taking a shower and washing my hair was aggravating my flares too. The cause was air pollution, since i filter air in car and bedroom i haven’t had any flares. When my flares became less frequent i was able to estabish that three days after drinking alcohol i was much more likely to have a flare. I no longer drink alcohol and avoid traffic pollution and my body can now cope with showers and many other short periods of pollution.

  4. I swear my life on white vinegar, it’s even a good fabric softener!

  5. Sooo helpful, thank you!! Cleaning products are my nemesis!

  6. Soap nuts are great for clothes washing! Try Mountain Rose Herbs brand.

  7. Hi, I don’t have mast cell but I was wondering if anyone could help me out here. I have atopy/ atopic allergies (which mainly cause blistering rashes, swollen and itchy eyes, nose, ear canals and throat, and asthma attacks). This might be a REALLY weird question, but has anyone got toilet paper suggestions? I’ve found that water wipes are amazing, and use them all the time when I’m out because I don’t know the ingredients of soaps, sanitisers etc out of the house, but I’ve yet to find safe toilet roll.

    1. That’s actually a really good idea! I suppose it’s the same as cloth/reusable sanitary towels and nappies etc. Thank you I’ll have a look into that xx

    2. Frankie Hall Some people actually make reusable cloth toilet paper as odd as that sounds and just put it into buckets and then wash it in the washing machine.

  8. Can you please do a video about all your illnesses.

  9. Have you tried making your own cleaners and laundry soap. I know you can make laundry soap with cut up bar soap (there is a special type to use) with borax. I sure there is recipes online.

  10. I dont know if you heard but there is also this thing called soap nuts that you can use for laundry. They are fully organic and scent free. You should look it up! Also combining dish washing liquid and vinegar make a great window cleaner too! 🙂

  11. I love u and your channel

  12. MCS girl here, I use vinegar by the gallon too! I use it in my laundry and diluted by half with water to clean windows, mirrors and light messes on surfaces. Oh, and to mop the floor too. I use baking soda in my wash, and mix it with Dr. Bronner Unscented Baby Mild liquid to make a “soft soap” type of cleaner for the tub, oven and toilets. Any my secret weapon is a Pumie pumice stone. I have one for the oven and one for the toilets! Thanks for this great video!

    1. hearsthewater ooh pumice for the oven? It doesn’t scratch badly?

  13. I know you have a cat from previous videos and was just wondering if you are allergic to him/her or if you ever react to him/her?

    1. Cheyanne Perry well thats amazing i love cats and glad u can experience them hasslefree too x

    2. Yes, I have 2 cats. I have never reacted, ironically. 🙂

  14. I love Seventh Generation! I use their detergents, soaps and diapers for my little one 🙂

  15. There’s this thing, invention sort of, that I found online. There are special magnets that you put on the inside of your washer, and it allows you to wash clothes with out any detergents. I doubt that it would get out old scents that are really deep in the fabrics, but it does clean the clothes! (And it gets the stink out of them too) 🙂

    1. That is awesome! I will look into that!

  16. 1. Team All Free & Clear y’all
    2. Scented trash bags are the Devil’s creation. One that I accidentally bought and used.
    3. My sister and I aren’t the only ones allergic to bleach?

    1. Hahahaha, that they are! I could not believe the scents in them until I became sensitive.

  17. Seventh generation should sponsor you! LOL! Love your alternative household cleansers! Hope you’re doing well.

    1. LOL, yes! I love love love them. Thank you. I hope you are well also.

  18. We do use a lot of the same products. For a lot of the surface cleaning in my house I use viniger and baking soda. I also have the alcohol wipes.

  19. This is a really good resource, thank you for sharing! (:
