  6. Such great information, thanks for sharing! I’ve been interested in starting a supplement routine but there are so many brands. Of those supplements you mentioned, do you recommend specific brands? I know they’ll probably vary (I’m in the US) but even saying what brands you use for each would be helpful. Thanks!

    1. Hi Kelci! So happy you found it helpful! For prenatals/multi I use MegaFoods, Collagen – Within Us Natural, Probiotics – Bio-K, Vitamin D & Omega 3s I have used Sisu, MegaFoods mainly! Hope that helps!

    1. I do b complex, B12, fish oil, turmeric, folic acid, D3, biotin, ginkgo, probiotic potassium, glucosamine/chondroitin, and I purchased collagen.
      It’s a lot. I have the healthiest parents on the planet and that’s what they take

  8. Great information Lindsay!! I have heard that it’s ok to take prenatal vitamins even when not pregnant because they are really good for you – do you agree? And thanks for going over all of the collagen information because I put the powder in my smoothies almost daily.

    1. Hi Peggy! Yes! You could totally take a prenatal even when not pregnant! Is that what you take? And yes, collagen has been a hot topic. Have you noticed a difference taking it?
