How to Clean Pet Poop Stains
Tip: Use a white rag only
Step 1- Use a Spatula to scoop the poop up from the carpet and place into a plastic bag. Dispose of the plastic bag immediately following.
Tip: Be sure to wash the spatula before returning to food use.
Step 2- Spray the stain with the Pet Sav’r Carpet Stain Remover and let that sit for about 10 seconds in order to allow that remover to soak into the carpet fibers. At this point you can begin to blot the stain. Try to pick up any pieces or particles that were left behind when previously scooping with your spatula.
Step 3- Repeat the process in step 2 by spraying your stain with the stain remover and blotting. At this point you can start to aggressively blot that stain and even rub in order to loosen that stain and remove it from the carpet
Step 4- If your stain is not fully removed after performing step 3, then you may need to place a heavy object on the stain. The process for this is to spray the stain with the stain remover, place a white rag on the stain, place a heavy object of 25-35 pounds on the rag, wait 2-3 hours, and if the stain is not fully removed then you will repeat that process over again until the stain is fully removed.
