How to Clean Pet Vomit From Carpet – Remove Pet Stains From Carpet – Vinegar to Clean Carpet

Subscribe and visit our weekly podcast for more tips
For a pet accident like vomit or urine, a mixture of baking soda and vinegar does a great job.

Clean up the vomit and then use a wet rag to remove as much liquid as possible. Pour a thin coating of baking soda over the area to absorb the liquid and odor. You can also work the baking soda into the carpet by hand.

Now mix white vinegar and warm water together in a spray bottle and spray the baking soda. The vinegar and baking soda will interact to help loosen particles and stains.

Let the area dry and then rinse with warm water.

Vinegar is a disinfectant, it has antibacterial properties and removes many household odors.

Vinegar works well on most surfaces. I would start with a 50-50 mix with warm water and test a hidden spot if you are worried about colorfastness.

Do not use vinegar on stone, marble or travertine.

20 UNUSUAL AND EASY CLEANING HACKS TO MAKE YOUR HOUSE SPARKLE

EASY CLEANING HACKS

It’s not enough time in the day for our favorite things to do, let alone chores! Let’s not waste to much time on them while we have these amazing pro hacks to speed up your daily routine! Find out lazy ways to use nail polish, make toilet bomb freshener, get rid of hard water marks, quick ways to apply makeup and clean the kitchen, make super handy folding device, keep your needlework in order and carefully sort different kinds of liquid in the kitchen!

I’m gonna demonstrate how to clean off different kinds of stains and surfaces.

Let’s take this situation to illustrate. A car dries off your yard, you’re looking down and what do you see? A horrible gasoline puddle! How on earth you’re supposed to get rid off this?!

Don’t stress out guys! Just take a Cola bottle, pour it down on the gasoline puddle, let it dry, pour some plain water then and enjoy your clean paving slabs!

And if you haven’t got time to clean your microwave in a month and it turned into pathetic mess, I’m here to help! Just fill the bowl with the water and vinegar and press ‘start’ for 10 minutes. Now you can easily remove old stains with a kitchen sponge and your microwave looks like a brand new one again!

And here’s a geniusly simple way to clean the toaster. Take a toothbrush and sweep a toaster with it.

Baking soda and vinegar work cleaning miracles. If you need to wash off an oven, put some soda and vinegar on it and wipe it out. And if you can’t reach all the needed surfaces, use the clothes hanger for it.

How to ● Dry a Wet Fitted Basement Carpet ( With Little Effort ! )

This is by far the easiest way to dry a wet fitted carpet in your basement. You have a choice of 3 things. Remove it and toss it, remove it and hang it out to dry or leave it where it is and create a small slit in the carpet and sit back and relax while it dries. It is by far the easiest method to completely dry it without removing it by only creating a small slit. First use your shop vac to suck up as much of the water as you can, secondly, cut a small slit in the carpet in a non traffic or hidden area big enough to insert the end of a shop vac. Thirdly, attach the shop vac hose to the blowing side of the shop vac and take the other end and insert it into the slit in the carpet. Now the easy part starts. Just turn on the vacuum and watch the whole carpet levitate from the warm shop vac air being blown between the carpet and the floor. The warm air will travel threw all the fibres of the carpet evenly and dry it. Now let it run for days until it is dry. Shop vacs can run for very long periods of time without a problem. It’s best to not leave it running while you are not at home just to be sure. Once it’s dry you can try cutting a slit in the under-padding and blow the air between the padding and floor to help it dry further. Sometimes the under-padding isn’t porous enough to let air escape so experiment to see if it will work. Good luck. You don’t need it though. This is too easy!

DIY Aromatherapy Bracelets | Diffuser Jewelry, Beads, Charms and Essential Oils

Today, I’m showing you how to make your own aromatherapy bracelets. This jewelry is amazing for diffusing essential oils and looking fabulous. This DIY makes an amazing holiday gift for family and friends!!

Materials
– Lava Rock Beads
– Semi-Precious Stone Beads
– Stretch Magic Cord
– Spacer Loose Beads
– Charms
– Essential Oil
– Tape

Directions
Measure out about 1 ft. of stretch magic and cut
Apply a little tape to one end.
Begin stringing about 7 – 8 beads onto the cord.
Stop and holding the taped end underneath the center of your wrist, measure how many more beads you need to come up to the center top of your wrist.
TIP: If you are making it for a gift, go a little larger so ensure the bracelet won’t be too small. 5. When you reach the center top of your wrist think about the decorative spacers or different colored bead you want to add.
Continue beading until you have an equal amount of beads on the other side of the spacer.
Thread on your final spacers, charms, and tassels.
Pull the stretch magic through so all the beads sit in the center of the length.
Snip off the taped end.
Tie off a knot (as you would tie off a balloon).
Snip off ends
Hide knot under a spacer.
Lay your bracelet on a paper towel.
Add one drop of your favorite essential oil to each lava bead.
Polish the shiny beads with a soft cloth.
