  1. what about using it in the shampooer? i need to shampoo my whole carpet! not just spots

  2. Great video . thank you..

  3. JUST DONT EVER USE A BBQ GRILL BRUSH ON A $50.00 HIGH END RUG OR YOUR WIFE WILL PUT A FISH IN A BAG UNDER YOUR DRIVER SEAT FLOORBOARD AND NOT TELL YOU…….

  4. What is the name of yellow chemical?

    1. Hdx ammonia

  5. how does the dirt just disappear without any extraction whatsoever? You suck. I feel sorry for the customers you must scam.

  6. Interesting carpet cleaning tips to keep your carpet looking bright

  7. Thanks for this. The stuff works great!

  8. Tried this solution a cloth computer chair and it was amazing. I will make this solution part of my various carpet and upholstery cleaning products. Thank you!

  9. Dud! that didn’t clean well. You think that I would now trust you to clean my carpet after seeing that?

  10. Martha STewart has a recipe that includes hydrogen peroxide instead of ammonia and we all know what an amazing job hydrogen peroxide does on clothing.

  11. Thanks For Uplading. Great job dude!

  12. Very Nice Video.

  13. Nice n Good

  14. good shit!

  15. Thanks for the tips.

  16. Nice video, but you should maybe put the ingredients list in the description. It would be nice to screenshot a list of what I need. Also you’ll get better search results too 😁😁

  17. I’ll try out your formula! I hate ammonia, and since we always have people in the house it’s hard to use stinky stuff that works.
But I do have a question: our heavy traffic areas of our carpet have managed to have sticky, dirty areas that have matted down the carpet. The dirt and grime and junk goes straight down to the bottom of the fibers. Especially on the stairs. I’ve tried sort of mini-soaking spots and then pulling up fibers with a fork but I have a large area to do- is there an easier way or specific stuff to use?

    1. Get a pile lifter. It is basically a brush for your carpet. Brush after you clean and stay off of it until it dries. You should be able to make the carpet stand up again.

    2. Jyn Meyer i would also like to know. My high traffic areas are the same as yours. Did you find a solution?

  18. Ammonia? Keep it.

  19. I want that spray trigger. I need a direct link. Thanks!

  20. shit

  21. Doesn’t that harsh brush damage the fibers of the carpet?

  22. Very Interesting Video! If you own a carpet cleaning business – you should check out this app: Markate – My Business App

  23. Js your very handsome lolπŸ™ŠπŸ™‰πŸ™ˆ

  24. Question: We have a apartment and am wondering how to get cat or dogs urine out?

    1. Vinegar. Mix it with water and you’ll be amazed with the results! it neutralizes urine stains and it’s odor (including feline (cat) urine, which is the absolute worst! Ammonia cat pissy stench permiates everything it touches!). Vinegar neutralizes urine stains and odor of all kinds. It’s mother natures pH balancer that has natural enzimes to handle those types of issues..

    2. Christina Kaur I like the lavender

    3. TheCraftingFroggie I use OdoBan from home depot. It’s a deodorizer and disinfectant for under $20 a gallon. You can use it on just about anything. It smells really good too. I use it when doing my carpets with my Bissel, and pour it in the laundry when doing my washable rugs at the laundromat. Also, the best way too minimize pet odor is to clean it up as soon as possible. The longer it sits the worse it gets, and it’ll seep to the subfloor. Hope it helps β˜ΊπŸ’™βœŒ

  25. instead of ammonia and canceling out both vinegar (or instead of vinegar choice is up to you πŸ˜‰ ) and ammonia as said by the chemist Shawn Jamison why not put 91% rubbing alcohol??? this can even rip out old deep ink stains πŸ˜€ (yes ink like from your pen or permanent marker that leaked out on your floor) alcohol can be used to remove most stains and mixes very well with water (infact you need special things like molecular sieves to remove water to make true 100% alcohol) I think taking out the vinegar and replacing it with the rubbing alcohol would be a better choice then mixing vinegar and ammonia but hey why not just experiment πŸ˜€ nothing ever bad came from that why because you always learn what to do and what not todo whats better and what is not experimenting and taking a chance is the key! ( same thing as with Daddy God <3 πŸ™‚ )

  26. Just fyi… thats not a proper measuring spoon. a table spoon and a teaspoon are just the size amount they don’t actually have accurate volumetric capacity. the tablespoon could be more or less a teaspoon. and vise versa.

  27. Do you have a powder cleaner/deodorizer recipe?

  28. fuck ammonia that shit stinks

  29. I had a question about truckmounts if u had a few minutes

    1. Jacob Alvarado thanks Im new to the carpet cleaning business I just bought a truck mount.. I mostly do floor care I just had a few questions since I’m gonna do carpet cleaning also

    2. Alex Jaramillo of you don’t have an auto dump then you have to stop and drain your waste tank and yeah keep the chem jug filled

    3. Jacob Alvarado one last question when the truck mount is running does it need to rest for big jobs like 6 + or just refill and keep working

    4. Alex Jaramillo no you can use whatever you want as a pre spray and for the rinse tank for the truckmont you can use any brand acid rinse youbwant as well

    5. Jacob Alvarado my question is does the brand of the truck mount matter for the chemical brand do they need to be the same ? for say prochem machine , prochem chemical only

  30. I tried this exact formula, and let it sit for 30 seconds and all of the sudden my carpet began smoking and the it burst into flames and burned my house down tot he ground !

    1. You are funny!! πŸ€£πŸ˜‚

    2. cbnx82703 hahahahaa

    3. Maybe next time ask your mommy for help πŸ˜›

    4. Yeah right

    5. cbnx82703 Next time, be sure you have a fire extinguisher on hand, just in case, or get new carpeting when it gets too dirty. I hope you aren’t living in a tent. Was it Berber carpeting? No great loss. That stuff gets pulls when your dog needs their nails trimmed. Imagine what a cat would do to it.

  31. This is a very helpful tip, thank you

  32. Put bleach in to and you have made mustard gas!!! Lol

    1. But… there’s no mustard in it?

  33. Wow amazing! Thanks!

  34. be careful not to put ammonia with bleach too.. that makes cyanide gas..

    1. Stan Skaggs
      No SHIT??

  35. I see all these cleaning carpet and fabric videos clean the “dirt” but what dirt is it exactly? What might work on grease dirt might not work on coolaid dirt..

  36. I wouldn’t mix the vinegar and ammonia, the two chemicals neutralize each other since they are at opposite ends of the ph scale. Basic chemistry. Go ahead and mix the soap with one or the other but not both. Ammonia has a pH of 11, and vinegar has a pH of 2.5. You effectively neutralize whatever cleaning power they had on their own.

    1. @CrossEyes I am not a doctor. Your life is not ruined unless you choose to perceive it that way. You can rebuild your life, your health, even your teeth. Just find the resources and see what wonders can happen. Look at it like an adventure of discovery, rather than like a victim’s journey. I have to remind myself of this too – all too often. Life can seem heavy and the obstacles insurmountable, at times. But how boring would it be without such challenges? πŸ™‚
      My very best to you!

    2. @S A Adams i wish you were my doctor a few years back, i had bad acid and an ulcer in my stomach and was taking anything i thought would work to stop the acid from burning. my teeth just started crumbling to bits when i brushed or ate food. i never knew (until i just read your message) that this was caused by my ant-acid medication. if i had have known i would have just put up with the pain. now my life is ruined because my so called doctor didnt seem to know what you know. πŸ™ thankyou for posting that message.

    3. Perez: the pH scale is a scale that determines the acidity level of something. The higher you go up the scale the more oxygen content.

When referring to cleaning products typically the higher the pH the greater the ability for that product to suspend dirt.

There is actually a great deal of science involved. There are certain stains that require more acidity to remove them and more organic stains require more alkaline (higher ph) to remove them so that’s why vinegar and ammonia separately work good for different types of stains.

Now that I’ve bored you have a great day.

    4. Now I’m not vouching for this solution that he’s making up but just because a chemical mixture is neutralized does not mean that it doesn’t have great cleaning ability. I’ve been cleaning carpets professionally for close to twenty years I’m also certified and most good carpet cleaning companies use a neutral cleaning solution because it doesn’t leave a residue nor does it sit in bodily fluids such as urine and so forth.

But yes you’re correct on the neutralizing effect but that doesn’t mean there’s not other great cleaning aspects as far as being a great emulsifier and yet not leaving a residue to me those are benefits that make for a great cleaning product not just simply having a high hp level.

    5. @oiyabastard Yeah that’s bad… You don’t want to kill the acid in your stomach… You want to use apple cider vinegar and water and it closes the valve in your throat and no more burning..

  37. Hi. I live far from u. So u deff can’t do my carpet. That being said. I’m going to clean my self. But. I was wondering what I could use for my machine??? Help!! I recently saved some puppies. And u can imagine my problem. Plus being winter. They can’t exactly stay outside!

    1. Try OdoBan. It’s available at Home Depot and it’s fairly inexpensive.

    2. Jacob Alvarado What would u suggest as a diy??

    3. Pretty Princes yeah if you did it yourself you could get a machine from home depot. and if you have a carpet cleaning supplies store you could get solution from them but make sure to spray the solution down first with a pump up and the use an acid rinse in the machine. for pets anything with an enzyme is good

  38. bleach and pneumonia. rip.

    1. Pneumonia? Don’t you mean Amonia?

  39. Can I use this in a carpet cleaner machine?

    1. Mocha Brownsugga, It won’t hurt the machine to use a carpet cleaning solution. That’s a myth. The machine won’t regurgitate or blow up or stop working. Carpet cleaning machines aren’t human. I would avoid using more than a small amount of ammonia. The white vinegar would neutralize the ammonia anyway, so that’s probably why this man, who is a pro, includes it in the recipe as a safeguard. The ammonia loosens the dirt. I also believe that a solution of baking soda and white vinegar with water would work, but the ammonia is powerful for loosening dirt. Too much will eat the carpet. I learned that when I soaked my husbands tee shirts in ammonia water when I was a young bride and they fell apart, probably because I soaked them overnight in a strong solution due to my ignorance. I had to buy him new tee shirts. We live and learn. I don’t like ammonia where there children, unless it is guarded and out of their reach. One more thing, my friend used cleanser with bleach in it and added ammonia to her bathtub, causing a reaction that sent her to the hospital. Bleach and ammonia are killer stuff when mixed together.

    2. Mocha Brownsugga I wouldn’t ,stick with what instructions mention to use, but I’m not pro. but I always followed the instructions I wouldn’t wanna mess up the machine j.s.

  40. TY for the video Is there a solution that is safe for pets that goes in home portable carpet cleaners and can you recommend a portable carpet clean that you know works thank for any information you can give me .

    1. Try this, it works

    2. yes there’s procyon extreme and procyon plus they are great working combo completely green and non-toxic

  41. you should do a defoamer rinse after all that. btw amonia is super high ph be careful..

  42. Jacob wash my carpet bro!

  43. WOW believe it or not this really did work. my new rug had ruined in a flood and dirty sooty feet ruined it. I have tried everything to clean it but nothing worked. but this really did work. I have to admit that it took me a long time to clean one little square of my rug so I guess if I do a square a day eventually it will be clean. Thank you ao much

  49. I need help. I hope u can help me.. So I don’t have enough money to get a whole unit. N I was thinking to get a portable extractor. For $2100 and 12 gallon 500 psi wit a heater. 3 stage vacuum. It’s that enough? N how much psi it suppose to b to clean a carpet.. Plz help me n thank u

    1. trabajos de limpiesa de alfombras en usa I put a truckmount in the van by myself with 3 friends helping me

    2. Here’s how to clean your carpets

    3. Thanks and no I don’t charge for hooking it up

    4. +Jacob Alvarado yes sir, u had a buffer and the rotovac 360i.. Thas wat I had being using bt I wanna get more professional… Really? Wow thas nice.. Imma look for a truckmount then. I have a 97 ford van.. . Do they charge alot for connecting the truckmount? Sorry I ask to many questions… I had seen ur videos n ur work its awesome

    5. a portable is great if you have a 175 floor buffer you’ll need one if your using a portable. portables are also great if your cleaning sky rise buildings but not so much for residential. I found a backup truckmount used for $2,500 it’s not perfect but it does get the work done and it hasn’t caused me too much trouble few minor things that have to be changed being an old machine. my first machine cost me 4000 used my second cost me 2k they have been great units. not to many ppl wanted me to clean the homes with the portable. the heat on a portable is definitely not the same and even though you’re cleaning at 500 PSI on both truckmount and portable the truckmount seems to have more power also in suction power truckmount outperforms
