  1. This comment isn’t about the Keto diet it is about my nails breaking even though i have used nail hardener to make them stronger so that they won’t bend or chip. I picked up a 40lb box of cat litter yesterday and it snapped off my middle finger nail on my right hand that was actually pretty long.. Do you have any suggestions for me so that I can keep them from doing this in the future? I have been trying and trying to grow out my nails and it seems like they will get to a certain length and then start breaking every single time. I have had them done in the past so I was thinking that maybe having them done before was what the problem was, but it has been over a year now since i have been to have them done and this keeps happening.. Please help me to learn some solution to my nail problem. Your nails always are so long and pretty and it seems like you never get a broken nail ever.. Thank you in advance.. P.S. keep putting up nail tutorials, I love them they are all great and you always seem so happy when doing them.

  2. I am Keto also. I take several supplements. I bought some collagen at Costco. It wasn’t until I got home that I saw you have to take 6 a day! These pills are HUGE! Tried dissolving them in coffee… it didn’t work. I have had to put them in a protein shake and blend the heck oit of it! I’ll never buy that brand again! 6 of those “horse pills” is practically an entire meal!!

  4. Please don’t take a lot of fish oil or magnesium. They have side effects you won’t believe. I have had the privilege of seeing those side effects and they are bad. Cut everything you are taking in half. Your diet is really good you shouldn’t need extra supplements.

  5. Not meaning to put my personal business out there but I was taking 1200mg of fish oil and 500 mg of magnesium everyday for over 20 years. I noticed that when I stopped taking these two my ‘shark tank week’ is better than it was when I was taking these two. I’m going to be taking a multivitamin instead. It has the daily dosage of what a body needs so I’m going to see how those work. Plus I hate taking a lot of pills. I’m hoping one pill a day will help because what I’ve been taking prior is making my body react worse.

    1. Thanks so much, before keto I couldn’t take vitamins, I would feel sick. But keto has come to change so many things for me. I was allergic to strawberries and now I can eat them daily if I choose. I’m not sure if this has something to do with keto & If but I feel good.

    1. @LOVE4NAILS That’s awesome.😁 Another question is im using strengtheners and im using nail oil balms and creams and yet my nails keep breaking. Especially when im up moving around in my wheelchair. Would u have any advice for someone who uses a wheelchair like me?πŸ˜β€πŸ’…β™Ώ

    2. Hi, all my life I’ve never been able to take vitamin supplements, not even when I was pregnant. Keto & IF have come to change so much in my life. I was also allergic to strawberries, & now I can have them daily if I choose. I’m super happy & it’s why I share my story with you. Big Hugs!

  12. same, its the only diet that has worked for me. Besides working for 4 hours at a retail store that kept me on the go the entire 4 hours lol so exercise and diet. your body and health will be great πŸ™‚ once again thank you for leading me to the keto diet :):)

  13. Hi! Thanks for the video! Did you see any difference in your body for example, your nails growing faster, better or worse gum, etc. I went vegan/vegetarian keto a while ago but all of a sudden my gums started to hurt when I brushed my teeth. I am so happy, that it works out so well for you. I have started eating chicken again and will probably do it again. The energy I had during keto was absolutely amazing!! Have you tried carb cycling? If so, did it work for you?

    1. Thanks so much, I did notice at first hair loss, keto rash, & a mild flu, that wasn’t fun. Those side effects are gone now, I’m very grateful for that, I believe it was the vitamins & supplements that helped. I haven’t tried carb cycling, my cravings for carbs are pretty much gone. If I bake a cake for my husband & I want some I’ll just make myself an almond flour cake in a cup and that helps every time. Super big hugs!
